01. The order

When do I receive my order?

At Quattro Parts, speed and efficiency are what we strive to achieve. The moment you pay for your order, we begin processing and packaging your order ASAP to have it ready for the courier to pick up. Do note that this could take up to 24hrs depending on what time your order was placed.

Typically, your order should take between 1-5 business days depending on your location and time of year.

I paid for my order but had a change of heart before I received it. How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us via the provided contact options or message us on WhatsApp for a faster response. If your order hasn’t been shipped out as yet, we will cancel your order and refund you via the payment method used.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

As soon as you make payment, an invoice will be emailed to you automatically. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact our support team and we will regenerate an invoice for you.

02. Shipment

What courier do you use?

We use The Courier Guy to ship our order however, on some occasions we may use other courier companies to keep our shipping costs low and offer free shipping on almost all products we sell.

Can I pickup my order at the store?

Yes, most of our stock items are available at our retail store however, some items may require a lead time as they are sometimes kept at our storage facility. If you would like to know if a certain part is in stock for collection, you are welcome to give us a call and our friendly staff will assist you.

My order was cancelled after I paid for it. Why did this happen?

Please note that our shipping rates are based on National rates which excludes outlying areas. Courier companies add a surcharge or sometimes do not cover certain shipping zones at all. For this reason, we may sometimes need to cancel an order. If you are unsure if your area is considered an outlying area, please contact us before placing an order.

03. Unlisted Car Parts

I need a spare part for my Audi/BMW/Mini Cooper which isn’t listed on your store. Can you help me?

We certainly can! We are one of the leading automobile spares stores in KZN and are able to source any spares you may require. Our full catalog is too large to list online so there’s a chance we do have the part you need. Contact us and we will make a plan for you.

Do you offer used car spares from the recent wrecks listed?

Yes. If you require any car part for a Audi, BMW or Mini Cooper, get in touch with us and we will search our inventory. All spares taken from the wrecks are available for purchase. If you would like more information on this, please message us on WhatsApp and we will get back to you.

Can you source X part for my car?

Yes, please let us know exactly which part you are looking for and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

Do you offer any warranty?

How do I get a product exchanged/refunded?

Please contact us via the contact options provided and a member of our team will assist you throughout the way. We try to make this process as simple and as quick as possible.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 24-72hrs from receiving the items back. The items will then be inspected and your refund will be processed. Please note that we cannot offer a refund to parts that have been modified or fall within the scope of negligence. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
